The Company has evaluated subsequent events through March 7, 2024, the date on which these consolidated financial statements were available to be issued, and concluded that the following subsequent events were required to be disclosed:
On February 20, 2024, the Company entered into an approximately six year sublease which secured an additional 35,384 square feet of rental space in New York, New York. |
